# 1. Process definition application scenarios
- Sources of demand
At present, the operation of work order dispatch and maintenance is directly defined in the code by the back-end user, which is not flexible enough to meet the changeable and diverse process in real time, so a set of flexible process definition plug-ins is required.
# 2. Process definition management
- The plug-in repository installs the ticketing process plug-in

- Configure the server address

- Drag the component to the workbench and click Run

- Click Add new process

- Fill in the process information

- Edit the process

- Drag and drop the node to the console

- Node connections

- Click on the node to edit the node properties

- Click Connect to edit the connection properties

- Save or close, back to the list

- Select the process you want to delete and click OK to delete
